The Maine Army National Guard (MEARNG) 262nd Engineer Company has a requirement for catered meal services in support of their training events. The Contractor shall provide the meals in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. (PWS)North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code: 722320 ? Caterers, with a small business size standard of $9 Million is applicable to this requirement, with the Product Service Code: S203 ? Housekeeping ? Food. This Request for Quote (RFQ) is being solicited as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Period of Performance: The period of Performance shall be for one base period of nine months. Base Period: October 18, 2024 ? July 13, 2025Location: 88 William Oscar Emery Drive, Sanford, Maine 04073.This Solicitation is in accordance with FAR part 12 and 13. All responsible Source(s) solicitated may submit a quote that shall be considered. Interested parties may identify their interests and capabilities to respond to this requirement or submit a quote. The Government will evaluate each offer based on Technical, Price, and Past Performance. The Contractor must be found to be acceptable based on the factors listed in clause 52.212-2 ? Evaluation of Commercial Items.in the solicitation. The awardee shall meet all requirement of food preparation and servicing business within the State of Maine. All RFQ and its amendments will be posted to www.sam.gov. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for the solicitation and any amendments. Solicitation mailing lists will NOT be compiled and the RFQ and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. All documentation can and must be downloaded from the website above.
