Category 3 – Design and facilitation of participatory and deliberative processesUnder this category the contractor may be required to:— organise different kind of participatory and deliberative or co-creation processes. of different scales, in coordination with the logistics operator. The scale of the events will be described in the tender specifications of the mini-competition and could go from the European to the (multi)national or local level);— design the methodology and propose detailed programmes and roll-outs, as well as all necessary supporting material and briefs, for such events in coordination with the contracting authority, according to the specific format of the participatory event and to its specific topic;— mobilise and train professional and experienced lead moderators and facilitators in the field of citizen participation, possibly including from multiple countries, etc.
