The property is to be developed from Tischlerzeile.
2 Preparation and development
The construction of the daycare center will not affect the existing trees and shrubs on the adjacent properties. Only a small amount of pruning was carried out at the entrance to the site from Tischlerzeile.
3. building
3.1 Planned building structures
The new building is to have one and two storeys without a basement, with two building sections at right angles to each other.
The planned net floor area is 1,352 m², and the building height, upper edge of the attic of the two-storey section is 6.40 m above ground level.
The house is accessible via three entrances. The upper floor is accessed via an internal staircase. Terrace and balcony doors from each group room with adjoining steel staircases serve as a second escape route from both floors.
3.2 Construction
3.2.1 Load-bearing structure
- Reinforced concrete base on strip foundations, structurally proven, insulated and sealed
- Masonry construction with 24 cm thick walls, plastered on the inside and with a thermal insulation composite system on the outside
- Ceilings above both floors made of reinforced concrete
3.2.2 Roof
The reinforced concrete flat roof is insulated with sloping insulation (warm roof).
3.2.3 Facade
The rooms will have large windows in wood or steel and glass construction, and the group rooms will have combined door/window systems with exits to the garden or balconies.
The exterior walls will be given a composite thermal insulation system with 14 cm thick mineral
mineral insulation panels and a smooth plaster finish

Heating: gas heating
In addition to the structural measures, all measures also include the building services trades electrical, sanitary, heating, ventilation sanitary rooms, ventilation kitchen and smoke extraction systems.
5. fire protection measures
The wall, ceiling and façade construction is non-combustible (A1 according to DIN EN 13501-1). The ceiling constructions are sealed in F 90.
6. thermal insulation
The highly thermally insulated masonry and the insulation in the floor and on the roof with high-quality mineral insulation materials meet the requirements of EnEV 2009.
7. sound insulation
To prevent sound transmission, all components are decoupled from the building shell.
