The planned construction project consists of the core renovation of the part of the building on plot no. 47, as well as the demolition and replacement construction of the part of the building on plot no. 47\/1, including an underground parking garage with 12 parking spaces under the new building. The above-ground area has 3 storeys in a similar outline to the existing building, as well as a gallery storey in the roof space.
