Carpentry and timber construction work; The daycare center in Buchholz was severely damaged by fire. After inspection by an expert, two parts of the building located at the ends of the daycare center (administration wing and one group room) can be preserved. The much larger part of the building in between has to be demolished down to the base slab and replaced. All new building components will be solid construction with aerated concrete and brick slips. The roof construction; of the eastern part of the building will be a pitched hipped roof made of nail plate trusses with a; tiled covering. The east- and west-facing sloping roof surfaces will be fitted with a photovoltaic system; the east-facing new components will have a flat sloping roof construction consisting of a wooden beam layer, full formwork, vapour barrier, gradient insulation, waterproofing and extensive greening; access to the construction site is planned via "Buchholzer Kirchweg 2"; materials that could cause accidents may only be stored within the construction fence. Attention must always be paid to the protection of other road users; rescue and fire department access roads and bypasses must be kept clear at all times; storage options must be agreed with the client and site supervision; the client shall provide electricity and water free of charge for the companies involved in the construction; all existing supply and disposal facilities on the building site and the adjacent public traffic area; must be inquired about, secured and protected from damage before work begins. Any damage must be reported.
