Description

This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by the Saskatoon Public School Division (“SPSD”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Caretaking & Janitorial Supplies as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).
The expectation is that the proponent is able to provide a large cross section of caretaking and janitorial supplies listed in the pricing form.  Product lines must be cost effective, but also provide excellent product quality and functionality for use in an educational environment.  Products should be environmentally friendly, odour free or low odour, products must meet or exceed the current industry standards for quality, safety, and environmental.  Delivery is expected to be within 7 days of order, orders do not need to be shipped complete.  If any products ordered will not be available for shipment within this time frame notification of shipment date should be provided to Saskatoon Public Schools.
