Description
The purpose of this procedure is the establishment of a Dynamic Acquisition System pursuant to Article 55 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 (SDA) for the supply of medical devices, implantable and non-implantable, for cardiology, in favor of the Entities of the Health Service of the Veneto Region and any additional Entities participating in subsequent specific contracts. It is communicated that, in the context of the SDA, using the electronic E-procurement platform owned by the Lombardy Region (Sintel), the undersigned Contracting Authority will subsequently proceed to send invitations to qualified companies to participate in purchasing procedures.
Interested companies are informed that, within the scope of the Dynamic Purchasing System (SDA), using the electronic E-procurement platform owned by the Lombardy Region (Sintel), the undersigned Contracting Authority will proceed to send invitations to qualified companies to participate in subsequent specific tenders for the supply of "Medical devices, implantable and non-implantable, for cardiology" in favour of the Veneto Region Health Service Bodies. Therefore, economic operators are invited to verify their regular registration to the SDA in question. Please note that the invitation, in accordance with the provisions of the SDA lex specialis and the regulations in force, will be sent only to companies in order with the qualification procedure.
