France - Call for projects "real estate operators" Sacré Cœur and ilot Brizeux

Description

This call for projects has been launched by the town of Lesneven, in partnership with the Etablissement Public Foncier de Bretagne as owner of part of the land. The aim is to select an operator or group of operators to sell brownfield land for the purpose of developing a predominantly residential project.
The call for projects will be followed by the signature of a transfer with encumbrances. The winning project developer will purchase the Sacré-Coeur land from the Etablissement Public Foncier de Bretagne, if the price is agreed and in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated in the present specifications and its appendices (see clauses). The communal plots will be sold directly to the operator selected by the local authority.
