BWI is considering awarding a framework contract for the temporary provision (subscription) of software for conducting, creating and analyzing surveys. (paper and online surveys).
The system must enable web-based use without client installation, as the software is to be installed, configured and provided on a BWI server in the data center.
In addition, the system must be able to be operated on business and private end devices (e.g. also via tablet and smartphone). This requires a central instance that can be accessed from an internet or intranet environment, depending on the classification.
