BWI GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "BWI") is considering awarding a framework agreement for the software "Virtual Apps & Desktops" including maintenance from the manufacturer Citrix, as well as hardware "Appliance NetScaler SDX" including maintenance, as well as services from the manufacturer Citrix in the amount of up to 60,500,000.00 euros net (upper limit 90,750,000.00 euros net) by means of an open procedure in accordance with ยงยง 15 VgV. The contract will be concluded for a maximum term of four years, consisting of a basic term of two years and two extension options of one year each. The products and services are to be used both in BWI's own operations and for the customer Bundeswehr (hereinafter also "Customer" or "Bw") and for the Federal Office for Information Security (hereinafter "BSI").
