Description

In accordance with the Canadian Free Trade Agreement: CFTA - Consolidated Text (page 46), notice is hereby given, that the City of Maple Ridge (the "City") is a member of Sourcewell, Canoe Procurement Group of Canada, and Kinetic GPO, and is eligible to procure through the cooperative contracts that are administered by Sourcewell, Canoe and Kinetic GPO (the GPO's, collectively).  The term of participation is from November 9, 2024 to November 8, 2025 and may be extended annually.For further information and access to GPO tender notices, please refer to the BC Bid website at www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca. Those who are interested in becoming a GPO vendor must contact the GPO's directly.  In addition to the Group Purchasing Organizations listed herein, the City of Maple Ridge is a participant in the Lower Mainland Purchasing Group (the "LMPG"), a consortium of ~20 municipal organizations in the lower mainland area of British Columbia that seeks to reduce the public tax burden by consolidating purchases of like goods and services from time to time. The City of Maple Ridge may purchase the same or similar Goods and Services (under a separate agreement) should a successful Bidder extend their offer to the LMPG participants. Any inquiries specific to this Notice shall be made to procurement@mapleridge.ca.
