The dynamic purchasing system relates to various advisory and supportive activities aimed at improving traffic safety in the province of Zuid-Holland by influencing behaviour.A distinction is made between four categories:1. 2. Advisory work as part of projects and programmes aimed at promoting safe traffic behaviour.3. Carrying out professional training courses in road safety skills.4. Execution of information campaigns aimed at the general public and specific target groups with a view to promoting safe traffic behaviour. When submitting its application, a Candidate must state the categories for which it wishes to compete for specific contracts. An admitted Candidate may only compete for specific contracts within the category or categories for which it has been admitted to the dynamic purchasing system.
