Description
The purpose of establishing a dynamic purchasing system for manager and organisation development is to secure broad access to capacity and competence to develop Lørenskog kommune [Lørenskog municipality] in-line with social assignments and strategy. There is also an expectation to increase the value of HR's toolbox and competence to deliver manager and organisation development. Our needs include service deliveries in the following areas:— manager-driven organisation development,— manager and employee development.
‘Manager-driven organisation development’ means support and assistance to managers who run and own organisation development and restructuring processes. See the documents for more information. The area of ‘Manager and employee development’ must be able to cover a wide range: from coaching/manager support 1:1, management group development and courses/skills training for managers and employees in a number of topics. Examples of relevant topics: communication, change management, difficult conversations, presentation technique, relationship-building etc. Assignments connected with process management (facilitation and methods) may also be relevant in this area. Process management we mean how we plan and lead process processes where we are dependent on human interaction to create results. It involves asking good questions, planning methods and approaches with the aim of getting good participation and engagement in different processes.
