Description
The Police Services Centre (PDC) has six services to support the entire police force, namely Human Resource Management, Facility Management, Finance, Information Management, Information and Communication Technology and Communication. The PDC carries out operational management activities for all police officers. Policy is formulated by the relevant policy departments. In this category, work is carried out for various areas such as: strategic advice, change strategy advice, impact analyses, reviews, organising large-scale events, modelling, drawing up business cases, integration/separation of components and cultural diagnosis.For the development of policy as well as its implementation and for the activities mentioned above, the Police is regularly looking for professionals, such as: - policy officers, - policy advisors, - strategic consultants, - transition managers, - team management staff, - analyst/researchers.In 2018 and 2019 an average of 58 questions per year have been put out for the category organisational advice and policy. The Police intends to use the category for a period of five years, starting 21.3.2020 with an option to extend it twice for a period of twelve months.
