Description
The subject matter of the contract is the provision of successive maintenance services of cleanliness in the rooms and passageways in the buildings of the District Court in Łomża, the District Court in Grajewo, the District Court in Wysokie Mazowieckie and the District Court in Zambrów, as well as on the grounds of the properties and sidewalks adjacent to the properties of the District Court in Łomża, the District Court in Grajewo, the District Court in Wysokie Mazowieckie and the District Court in Zambrów. The contracting authority has divided the order into four parts.The contracting authority allows bids to be submitted for the parts indicated below.A contractor may submit a bid for any number of parts.
The subject matter of the contract is the service of successive maintenance of cleanliness in rooms and passageways in the buildings of the District Court in Łomża at Dworna 16 and Wojska Polskiego 2 streets, as well as on the premises and sidewalks adjacent to the properties of the District Court in Łomża at Dworna 16, Dworna 14 and Wojska Polskiego 2.1. The scope of work of maintaining cleanliness in rooms and passageways inside the buildings: 1.1 cleaning of office and auxiliary areas and passageways, including the surface of parquet floors, panels, terracotta; 1.2 vacuuming of rugs, carpets, carpeting and ongoing removal of stains;1.3 washing floors in stairwells, corridors, courtrooms, office areas;1.4 removal of cobwebs, dust, dirt from walls, ceilings, paintings, window sills, balustrades on an ongoing basis; 1.5 washing of balustrades, door frames and tiling;1.6 systematic wiping of dust from furniture, chairs, office chairs, office objects and equipment (computers, printers, photocopiers, etc.) located in the premises; 1.7 washing of mirrors, contacts, light switches, doors, radiators, window sills, containers: for soap, toilet paper, towels; 1.8 periodic cleaning of window woodwork (two-sided area of windows and glass partitions is - 800.75 m2, including: the area of windows requiring the use of a rise of 8 m2);1.9 washing and disinfection of sanitary facilities;1.10 periodic anti-slip protection of floors in corridors and staircases and machine washing of floors;1.11 periodic cleaning of rooms with limited access made in agreement with the Ordering Party;1.12 daily emptying of trash garbage cans and taking them to the storage place, replacement of trash bags in the garbage cans;1.13 washing of dishes in the court president's secretariat, judges' rooms listed in Annex No. 6 SWZ, conference room and social room in the building. Scope of work to maintain cleanliness in the outdoor areas, Court properties and adjacent sidewalks:2.1 sweeping the sidewalks on the side of the streets in front of the buildings at 14 Dworna Street, 16 Dworna Street and 2 Wojska Polskiego Street;2.2 sweeping the internal parking lots and accesses at 14 Dworna Street, 16 Dworna Street and 2 Wojska Polskiego Street;2.3 removing lichen between sidewalk tiles, cobblestones, removing dirt caused by daily use on sidewalks and parking lots;2.4 collecting garbage within the lots;2.5 emptying trash garbage cans; 2.6 shoveling snow from courtyards, parking lots, the area in front of Building C, entrances to properties and adjacent sidewalks on the side of Dworna Street 14, Dworna Street 16 and Wojska Polskiego Street 2, and sprinkling them with sand;2.7 maintaining cleanliness in the garbage room, which contains containers for solid waste. Service of successive maintenance of cleanliness in rooms and passageways in the building of the District Court in Grajewo, 82 Wojska Polskiego Street (average number of employees - 42), as well as on the premises and sidewalk adjacent to the property of the District Court in Grajewo, 82 Wojska Polskiego Street and 10 Mickiewicza Street.1. The service of successive maintenance of cleanliness in the rooms and passageways in the buildings of the District Court in Zambrów, 56 Wojska Polskiego Avenue (average number of employees - 38), as well as in the areas of the property and sidewalks adjacent to the property of the District Court in Zambrów.1.
