Description

View Changes Construction contract for Project #HAAW232014, Repair Fabric Door Bldg 610, Syracuse, NY. This action is being solicited for as a 100% total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220 and the size standard for small business is $45M average annual revenue for the past three years. Project magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
Persons intending on submitting a bid are highly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit on September 4, 2024 at 10:00am. Failure to submit a bid on all items shall result in rejection of the bid. Award will be made based on lowest price and must meet technical requirements outlined in the Statement of Work. Instructions for obtaining plans for this solicitation are located in Section 00100.
Funds are not presently available for this contract. Currently, the Government anticipates funds will become available prior to but no later than midnight 30 Sep 2024. This action has been identified on the National Guard priority list for award if funds become available and the prices received are within an awardable range. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available.
