Conclusion of a non-exclusive framework contract for structural inspections in accordance with DIN 1076 in the open house procedure of the Western Branch, published 2023The subject of the framework contract is structural inspections in accordance with DIN 1076 as specified in the specifications.The structural inspections are divided into the following service areas:Service area 01: Main inspection, 1st and 2nd main inspection in accordance with DIN 1076.Service area 02: Simple testing in accordance with DIN 1076Service area 03: Special testing in accordance with DIN 1076The service areas are also referred to below as "lots" due to the terminology specified in this announcement form.The conclusion of the framework agreements for the provision of the services described in more detail in the specifications (Annex 1-3 to the framework agreement) shall take place by means of a so-called "open house procedure". (for more details, please refer to Section VI.3 and to the cover letter available at the electronic address given in Section I.3). The framework agreement to be concluded shall cover for each contractor individually those service areas described in more detail in the specifications (Annex 1 and 2 to the framework agreement) for which the admission requirements have been proven in the application for admission. Individual orders placed on the basis of the concluded framework agreement may cover all services or only parts of one or more service areas for which a contractor has been admitted. The open house procedure shall run from publication until December 31, 2024 and may be extended twice by one year each. Applications for approval and thus also the conclusion of a framework agreement can take place during the entire term of the open house procedure..A framework agreement comes into force with the approval of an interested party and ends subject to an extension option on 31.12.2024. The framework agreement can - analogous to the open house procedure - be extended twice until 31.21.2025 or 31.12.2026 due to the extension option. Further details are set out in the framework agreement.
The subject matter of the lot / service area 1 shall be main inspections in accordance with DIN 1076, the details of which are set out in the specifications. Subject of the lot / service area 2 are simple tests according to DIN 1076.The details result from the service descriptions. Subject of the lot / service area 3 are special tests according to DIN 1076.The details result from the service descriptions.
