Description

The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide maintenance (corrective, evolutionary, adaptive) for the PFSF information system and associated hardware; to design its data warehouse, and to explore and visualize the data collected; and to provide assistance to the contracting authority in managing the program's work.
The contract comprises 4 lots:
- Lot 1: Third-party application maintenance for the "Central Border Control" IS;
- Lot 2: Maintenance of fixed (kiosks) and mobile (tablets) pre-registration equipment and devices for border controls, as well as the supply of additional equipment;
- Lot 3: Data mining, reliability and enhancement for the PFSF IS;
- Lot 4: Project management assistance for the entire PFSF program.
