Description
Electronic tenders for Caskey Place Housing Boiler Replacement in Melfort, Sk, will be received at the office of HDA Engineering Ltd. until 2:00 p.m. (CST), Thursday, November 28th, 2024.
A (mandatory) site walk through for Contractors will be held on Wednesday, November 20th , 2024 at 1:30 p.m. The walk-through will take place at Caskey Place Housing located at 415 Burns Avenue East, Melfort, Saskatchewan. Meet at the Main Entrance which is off Burns Avenue East. Any access to the site must be in accordance with the Housing Authority requirements. All contractors shall notify HDA Engineering Ltd. a minimum of 24 hours prior to the walkthrough of their intention to attend. Notifications can be sent by email at hda@hdaeng.com or by phone at 1 (306) 525-9815.
Tenders must be submitted on the form furnished by the Consultant. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Cheque in 10% of the bid.
The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Tenders will be accepted from qualified Mechanical Contractor. The Owner reserves the right to reject tenders from parties without reasonable acquaintance with the class of work specified. These reservations shall apply equally to Sub-Contractors
