•     Under this Notice of Intent to Contract, the City of Vancouver (the “City”) is sharing the intent to contract with Bluebeam Inc. for the provision of an upgrade from Bluebeam Revu Extreme perpetual licenses with Maintenance to Bluebeam Subscription Complete.  •     Term of the contract - one year with the option to renew annually in perpetuity. •     Value of the contract - approximately $66,085 USD for the initial one-year term, which includes software upgrade and migration to annual subscriptions with maintenance and support services.Anyone wishing to request more information and/or has any questions with regard to this NOITC may use the Q&A Board of the event on the City of Vancouver Supplier Portal prior to the closing date and time.The Notice of Intent to Contract will be administered through the City’s electronic procurementportal (the “Supplier Portal”).         Each Proponent is solely responsible for reviewing and complying with any Supplier Portal terms and conditions which apply to and govern the use of the Supplier Portal.
