Description
The existing building services infrastructure of the ICE factory building in HH-Eidelstedt is to be modernized. The planning must be carried out in BIM and the existing building must be recorded.
The following sub-projects (construction phase) are to be planned by the BP:
TP01 Separation of extinguishing and drinking water. Currently, a single sanitary network feeds both drinking and service water consumers. In the course of this project, a separate drinking water network will be created that meets the legal requirements for the separation of drinking and service water. As far as possible, the existing network is to be retained as a service water network.
TP02 Modernization of heat input and control (fresh air and hot air automation). The current ventilation system is in need of renewal and must be redesigned. Cooling must be provided, as the maximum temperatures of 35 degrees according to ASR are exceeded in summer. The service water network could be connected to the new RLTA for evaporative cooling, for example.
SP03 LED safety lighting: A decentralized safety lighting system with one buffer storage tank per track aisle is to be installed.
TP04 Roof work and SHEVS: Renewal of the smoke/heat extraction systems (requirement from the existing fire protection concept). In the course of renewing the SHEVS, the partial energy-efficient refurbishment of the hall roof (strip lighting) is to be examined. As part of the redesign of the SHEV systems, the installation of PV systems on the south side of the continuous rooflights is to be prepared.
