Description

BGHW intends to lease a total of approx. 200 vehicles per year at different delivery dates spread over a calendar year.

The maximum figure for the first year of the contract is 220 vehicles.
A maximum of 800 vehicles can be expected over the total contract term of max. four years.

The leasing contracts are concluded for a period of 12 months in each case.

A quantity structure, which also serves as a calculation basis for determining the most economical offer, is included in Annex D Price Sheet.
All quantities stated in the specification of services and the supplementary annexes are estimates or empirical values. A quantity commitment or a claim to specific annual sales in terms of value or quantity or a projection for the entire term of the contract cannot be derived from this. Please bear this in mind for your calculation. In the event of reductions in the total volume
there is no entitlement to apply changed prices.

The technical requirements\/equipment criteria listed in Annex C Technical Description-Evaluation Matrix are minimum requirements (M) and exclusion criteria (A), the non-fulfillment of which leads to mandatory exclusion from the award procedure.
