The purpose of this requirement is to acquire brand-name Axis IP Cameras and equipment for the Bureau of Engraving & Printing (BEP) facilities: Western Currency Facility (WCF) in Fort Worth, TX and Eastern Currency Facility (DCF) in Washington, D.C.
This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) art 13.5, Subpart 12.6, and Subpart 13.303-2 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
This solicitation is a “Request for Quotation” (RFQ). The solicitation number is 2031ZA25Q00011.
The solicitation document incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2024-07, effective 29 August 2024.
This solicitation is bound by a Total Women Owned Small Business WOSB) set-aside under the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 334419, Other Electronic Component Manufacturing, and the size standard is 750 employees.
The Government contemplates establishing single award, brand-name, firm-fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) as a result of this solicitation. It is anticipated that the BPA will be effective for a total of 60 months. The Period of Performance (PoP) will consist of the Base Ordering Period and four (4) option periods of twelve (12) months each period. The BPA shall have an ordering period from the effective date of the agreement or when the BPA ceiling ($3,000,000) is reached, whichever occurs first.
Pricing for required equipment shall be provided via Attachment A. Pricing Schedule. The Offeror agrees to hold the prices in its quotation firm for 30 calendar days from the date specified for the receipt of quotation unless another time period is specified in an addendum to the RFQ.
The contractor shall provide the necessary deliverables at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing’s Washington D.C. location (DCF) and Western Currency Facility (WCF):
