All BCPS employees, and contractors engaged in the work of the Province, are eligible to be Vaccinated at or near their workplace and with minimal disruption to daily work schedules. The Province intends to enter into a Contract with a Proponent that is a single legal entity that can coordinate and deliver an influenza vaccination program to the entire Province. A Proponent may propose to subcontract to organizations or individuals to deliver parts of the Services. Proposals that are not for province-wide service delivery will not be accepted. The initial term of the contract will be a term of two years. At the Province’s sole discretion, and by providing prior written notice to the Contractor, the Province may extend the term of the contract for one additional two-year period and, if extended for such two-year period, for one additional one-year period thereafter. The maximum term is five years, total.
