This requirement is to expand the storage area of the hazardous waste storage facility. This work includes the site work to prepare for a new foundation, laying foundation, constructing block walls, adding roof, installation of new rolling door, installation of explosion proof electrical equipment, and fire protection piping and sprinklers. See Attached SOW for more information.
The Government is offering a site visit opportunity on 10 Sept 2024 at 09:00 AM CST. The site visit is Highly Encouraged but not mandatory. In order to attend the site visit, your team must contact the POC to inform them of your intent to attend NLT 10:00 AM CST on 09 Sept 2024. If you do not contact the POC by 10:00 AM CST on 09 Sept 2024, you will not be able to attend the site visit. Those attending the site visit that intend to drive a vehicle on base must bring with them a valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance.
All RFIs must be submitted NLT 12:00 PM CST on 12 Sept 2024.
Magnitude:
IAW FAR 36.204(d) - The range of magnitude for this procurement is between $250,000 and $500,000.
IMPORTANT: The below must be accomplished to gain access to locked documents on SAM.gov.
Contractors/Offers must complete CUI Training Slides then sign and return the "MFR Contractor CUI Training Acknowledgment for Solicitations" to gain access to drawings and other associated CUI documentation. Send singed MFR to the POC and accesses to the locked documents in SAM.gov will be granted.
