Description

Aviations Call When Needed - Summer 2024
This Call When Needed ("CWN") is an invitation by the Saskatchewan Public Safety Agency ("SPSA" or "Agency") to prospective proponents to qualify and submit rates that they will charge for the provision of short-term aviation services on a "Call When Needed" basis. The submitted rates will be valid between April 1, 2024 - September 30, 2024.
The SPSA anticipates requiring short-term helicopter/fixed wing aviation services, to aid with wildland fire suppression, crew moves and other efforts as undertaken by the Saskatchewan Public Safety Agency within the Province of Saskatchewan.

Submissions will be evaluated continuously as they are submitted. You are encouraged to submit documentation as early as possible.
