RFP Schedule (Subject to change at the Airport Authority’s sole discretion): Issue of RFP: August 23, 2024 Deadline to submit Component A - Receipt Confirmation Form: September 06, 2024 11:00 PST (Amended from original date of August 30, 2024) Deadline to submit questions and inquiries: September 06, 2024 14:00 PST Airport Authority responds to questions and inquiries: September 13, 2024 Deadline to submit proposals: (Closing) September 23, 2024 14:00 PST Selection of Preferred Proponent(s): October 04, 2024 Term:The fully manufactured aviation refueler, along with all necessary documentation and certifications, must be delivered to the Prince George Airport no later than March 24, 2025.
