Description

The Office of Naval Research (ONR) solicits proposals under this Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO #N0001424SC001) under 10 U.S.C. §3458 – Authority to Acquire Innovative Commercial Products and Commercial Services using General Solicitation Competitive Procedures.

The Joint Service Explosive Ordnance Disposal (JEOD) Community seeks commercial solutions for a lightweight capability that can rapidly assess unexploded ordnance (UXO) in large operational areas and mitigate UXO at standoff distances. UXO is also referred to as targets herein. In this opportunity, an airfield will be considered the large operational area for rapid assessment and clearance of UXO.
