Description

CENTRE D'ACQUISITIONS GOUVERNEMENTALES acts as an agent for health and social service institutions, educational institutions, ministries and agencies, as well as cities and municipalities in this matter. CENTRE D'ACQUISITIONS GOUVERNEMENTALES (hereinafter referred to as the "PUBLIC ORGANIZATION") is legally constituted under the Act respecting the Centre d'acquisitions gouvernementales (RLRQ, chapter C-7.01).

PURPOSE

THE PUBLIC ORGANIZATION is seeking bids for the acquisition of automated external defibrillators (AEDs) for the general public, as well as accessories, consumables and warranties related to this type of equipment, for the benefit of participating establishments located in the delivery regions covered by this notice.

INFORMATION SESSION

A virtual information session will be held on June 27, 2024, at 10 a.m. BIDDERS interested in taking part are invited to confirm their attendance by e-mail to the following address: marie-pier.lacroix@cag.gouv.qc.ca

The purpose of this meeting is to answer bidders' questions on any aspect of the call for tenders. Failure to attend may not be used as an excuse or pretext for errors, omissions or irregularities on the part of a TENDER or the SUPPLIER.

DURATION OF CONTRACT

For equipment acquisition :

The contract will cover a period of FIVE (5) years.

For the acquisition of consumables and accessories :

The contract will cover a period of THIRTEEN (13) years.

For warranty :

This will begin on the date of delivery of the equipment and will be for a period of EIGHT (8) years.

This tender includes options for additional purchases.

SUBMISSION OF BIDS

Bids must be received no later than July 30, 2024, 14:00.

Bidders are required to familiarize themselves with the requirements described in the tender documents. No bid security is required.

The Government Procurement Centre does not undertake to accept the lowest or any bid received. It further reserves the right to reject any and all bids received, as it deems appropriate, without liability or claim for any costs or losses incurred by bidders.
