The contract is divided into the following lots:Lot 1 "Two-chamber reaction system: Fluidized bed and fixed bed "This contract concerns the supply by acquisition, delivery and installation (commissioning) of a two-chamber reaction system with fluidized bed, at the Laboratory of Biomass and Green Technologies of the Faculty of Gembloux Agro-Bio Tech - University of Liege. This system will allow the thermochemical conversion and/or hydro-liquefaction coupled with a catalytic conversion (Fischer Tropsch type) of vegetable, algal, organic waste and/or CO2 materials to obtain mid- and long-chain hydrocarbons, and/or hydrogen.The system will consist of the conditioning of the gaseous inputs, a vaporizer/preheater for the generation of steam and to bring the gases/vapors to the intermediate conditions, a fluidized bed reactor, a cyclone for the separation of the gaseous products and the particulates...(see market documents)
The present contract concerns the supply by acquisition, delivery and installation (commissioning) of a two-chamber reaction system with fluidized bed, at the Laboratory of Biomass and Green Technologies of the Faculty of Gembloux Agro-Bio Tech - University of Liege. This system will allow the thermochemical conversion and/or hydro-liquefaction coupled with a catalytic conversion (Fischer Tropsch type) of vegetable, algal, organic waste and/or CO2 materials to obtain mid- and long-chain hydrocarbons, and/or hydrogen.The system will consist of a gas inlet conditioning, a vaporizer/preheater for steam generation and for bringing the gases/vapors to intermediate conditions, a fluidized bed reactor, a cyclone for the separation of gaseous products and solid particles, a fixed bed reactor for the Fischer-Tropsch type conversion, a condenser and a gas-liquid separator. The present contract concerns the supply by acquisition, delivery and installation (commissioning) of an analytical system with gas chromatography and mass spectroscopy, at the Laboratory of Biomass and Green Technologies of the Faculty of Gembloux Agro-Bio Tech - University of Liege. This system aims at completing the analytical capacities of the laboratory, necessary for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of hydrocarbons, resulting from the production of biofuels. This system will mainly include a gas chromatograph (GC), a flame ionization detector (FID), and a mass spectroscopy (MS) module, for the liquid phase injection of hydrocarbons, mainly linear and branched alkanes/alkenes (C6-C24).
