Description
The buildings at Erich-Mühsam-Str. 14a-c and Martin-Andersen-Nexö-Weg 14-20 in 07546 Gera are two 6-storey prefabricated buildings of the WBS70 type. The buildings are located on neighboring plots in the Alt-Bieblach district and are part of the "Bieblacher Hang" monument ensemble, which was one of the first complex residential areas planned after the Second World War.
The refurbishment of the buildings is being carried out under occupied conditions, with occupancy at around 50%.
