Description
The Royal Government of Cambodia has received funds from ADB towards the cost of Grid Reinforcement Project. Electricité du Cambodge (EDC) invites the eligible bidders for the design, supply, installation and commissioning of 230kv and 115kv indoor and outdoor substations.
Open competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB's single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure.
