Part A - Renewal of the carriageway of the L59 OD Großkmehlen with new rainwater sewer,
and access roads and part B - renewal of the drinking water pipeline and wastewater development in
partial areas
Scope of work: Part A:
1 pl. Traffic safety,
1pc. Preservation of evidence,
-Break up and remove approx. 450m³ bituminous reinforcement (VKL C),
Break up and dispose of approx. 490m³ of non-hazardous asphalt (VKL A),
-break up and remove approx. 600m³ of hazardous waste,
-Remove approx. 6,850m² of natural stone paving, reuse top layer,
-Remove and dispose of approx. 3,600m³ of sand backfill (BM-F0),
-Remove and dispose of approx. 2,000m³ of sand backfill (BM-F2 to 3),
-take up and dispose of approx. 1,900m³ of crushed aggregate fill (BM-F3),
-produce approx. 2,170m³ of soil and subsoil improvement,
-Lay approx. 2,500m² of geogrid,
-produce approx. 3,090m³ frost protection layer,
-produce approx. 6,620m² of asphalt base, binder and surface course,
-produce approx. 1,350m² of concrete block paving ,
-approx. 1,500m² natural stone paving,
-produce approx. 510m² of concrete block paving with natural stone facing,
-produce approx. 1,210m of natural stone paving channels,
-produce approx. 1,800m of kerbs,
-construct approx. 1 DN 600 culvert 33 m long,
-Lay approx. 500m of drainage pipes and channel,
-Install approx. 10 manholes,
-Install approx. 2 units of SEDI systems,
-construct approx. 505m drainage trough,
-Lay approx. 70 road drains with connecting pipes,
-construct approx. 660m² of verges,
-approx. 2,400m² topsoil application and grass seeding,
-Install approx. 40 new traffic signs,,
-Dismantle, temporarily store and reinstall approx. 14 signs,
Replace 1 passenger shelter,
-Renew approx. 80m of fencing, set back,
-apply approx. 770m of markings,
-approx. 700m pipe trench for NBB gas pipeline,
-approx. 200m pipe trench for dismantling the old gas pipeline
Part B:
Title 1: Renewal of drinking water pipeline (non-crossing-related services):
-construct approx. 567 m pressure pipeline PEHD d 180 x 16.4 in trench
-construct approx. 180 m pressure pipeline PEHD d 125 x 11.4 by jacking
-Supply and install approx. 10 gate valves DN 80 to DN 150
-Supply and install approx. 4 underground hydrants
-Supply and install approx. 1 valve shaft with aeration and ventilation valve
-provide approx. 12 TW junctions
Title 2: Renewal of drinking water pipeline (crossing-related services):
-construct approx. 115 m pressure pipeline PEHD d 125 x 11.4 by jacking
2 TW junctions to be constructed
Title 3: Wastewater development:
-Lay approx. 87 m sewer DN 150 PP
-Lay approx. 13 m DN 100 PP sewer
-Lay approx. 10 m DN 150 PP property connection pipe
Construct 4 concrete\/plastic manholes
