Description

the consultation concerns a framework agreement with single-award contracts for a project management mission relating to the restoration project of the Co-Cathedral of Notre Dame, and more specifically, the project will notably involve the restoration of the roofing, roofing, facades, stained glass windows, interiors and painted decorations.
The services will be provided under a single-award framework agreement with subsequent contracts in accordance with articles R2162-1 to R2162-6 and R 2162-7 to R 2162-12 of the CCP. The contracts awarded on the basis of the framework agreement will specify the characteristics and terms of execution of the services requested which have not been fixed by the latter.their conclusion will intervene at the time of the occurrence of the need, they can be issued until the last day of validity of the contract.the services are likely to vary as follows: minimum amount for the duration of the framework agreement: 250,000.00 euros (excl. tax); maximum amount for the duration of the framework agreement: 1,150,000.00 euros (excl. tax)Indicative and provisional components envisaged for the subsequent contracts:- Subsequent contract 1: Project management mission for the restoration of the framework, roofing, stained glass windows, openings and facades;- Subsequent contract 2: Project management mission for the interior restoration of the northern chapels;- Subsequent contract 3: Project management mission for the interior restoration of the southern chapels;- Subsequent contract 4: Project management mission for the interior restoration of the apse and bays;- Subsequent contract 5: Tour of the church This type of subsequent contract will be launched each time the contracting authority decides to start a new phase. The award of the subsequent contract 1 will take place simultaneously with the award of the present framework agreement.Missions entrusted to the contractor for the framework agreement:The basic mission including the following elements:aps / apd / pro / visa / act / det / aor: The following additional missions:Diag: Diagnosis /Opc: Scheduling, Piloting and Control of works /Ssi: Coordination ssi /mob: Furniture. These missions include all the necessary authorizations (DAT, Drac authorizations...) On the express order of the project owner, additional assistance missions can be engaged. They will be remunerated by application of the prices of the price list of the framework agreement to the quantities actually executed.missions entrusted to the contractor for the subsequent contract n°01 :The basic mission including the following elements :Aps : Preliminary design studies /Apd : Final design studies /Pro : Project studies /visa :act : Assistance brought to the project owner for the contracting of the works /Det : Management of the execution of the works contracts /Aor : Assistance to the project owner during the Acceptance Operations and during the period of the Guarantee of Perfect Completion /The following additional missions :Opc : Scheduling, Management and Control of the works Minimum composition of the grouping: The candidate will present a team with the following skills:- an architect satisfying the requirements of article R621-28 of the heritage code (see article 3-1 of the consultation regulations)- a specialized structural office- a specialized Fluids / ssi office- a construction economist- a restorer specialized in the art of stained glass with a level 6 diploma or equivalent- a restorer specialized in painting with a level 7 diploma or equivalentin case of a grouping, the leader will be the architect.the grouping will have to be in the form of a joint one after award. However, the joint representative will be jointly and severally liable with each of the members of the grouping for its contractual obligations towards the purchaser for the execution of the contract in accordance with article R2142-24 of the CCP.
