Description

The English Montreal School Board is seeking sealed bids to select an architectural firm for a pool dehumidification project at LaurenHill Academy Junior School.

Tender documents will be available through the SÉAO electronic system as of August 23, 2024.

All tenders must be received at the Commission Scolaire's reception desk at 6000 Fielding Avenue, Montreal, Quebec, H3X 1T4 or electronically via the SEAO system on November 26, 2024 before 2:00 p.m.. Any bid received after this date will be automatically rejected.

In accordance with section 45 of the regulation respecting certain contracts for the services of public bodies (C-65.1, r.4), the only firms eligible to participate in this call for public tenders are those that were qualified following the call for tenders for professional services PS22-1126R as approved by the Director General on March 13, 2023. Interested engineering firms and other professional specialists may consult the list of eligible architectural firms in the tender documents at Appendix 8.

The choice of firm will be made by the School Board, on the recommendation of a Selection Committee, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations and pre-established evaluation criteria.

The School Board does not undertake to accept any of the tenders received.
