Description
The English Montreal School Board is seeking sealed bids to select an architectural firm for a facade renovation and electrical upgrade project at Edward Murphy School.
Tender documents will be available through the SÉAO electronic system as of November 1, 2024.
All tenders must be received at the reception desk of the Commission Scolaire administrative center, 6000 Fielding Avenue, Montreal, Quebec, H3X 1T4 or electronically via the SEAO system, on November 26, 2024 before 2:00 p.m.. Any bid received after this date will be automatically rejected.
In accordance with section 45 of the regulation respecting certain contracts for the services of public bodies (C-65.1, r.4), only firms that have been qualified following the call for tenders for professional services PS22-1126R, as approved by the Director General on March 13, 2023, are eligible for this public call for tenders. Engineering firms and other interested professional specialists may consult the list of eligible architectural firms in the tender documents at Appendix 7.
The choice of firm will be made by the School Board, on the recommendation of a Selection Committee, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations and pre-established evaluation criteria.
The School Board does not undertake to accept any of the tenders received.
