Description
Annual contract for the maintenance of street lighting in the town of Walsrode and 22 of its districts for the year 2025 The maintenance and repair services include the following partial services: - approx. 3,000 light points; maintenance and repair if necessary (including cleaning) - approx. 110 feeds maintenance, repair; and cleaning (incl. function test) - laying of underground cables or temporary lines - troubleshooting with associated earthworks, if necessary use of measuring vehicles laying of underground cables or temporary lines -; troubleshooting with associated earthworks, if necessary use of measuring vehicles - replacement of light poles; or luminaires - setting of sleeves - preparation of inspection plans\/drawings (after major; repairs) - extensive site and cable route changes must be drawn by a surveyor and submitted in pdf format as well as dxf or dwg format. Parts of the lighting that are dismantled and reused during maintenance work and repairs must be stored and reused as the property of the client. In this case, only the installation costs shall be invoiced; Short response times and availability by telephone during normal office hours from 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. must be guaranteed. As a rule, light failures in the city center area must be repaired within a maximum of 3 working days and in the districts within a maximum of 5 working days.; Breakdowns (only in the event of significant restrictions to traffic safety) must be covered by an emergency service that is available around the clock.
