The subject of the contract USK No. 1 im N. Barlickiego w Łodzi, Gm. M. Łódź, pow. m. łódzki, województwo łódzkie is the delivery of small disposable medical equipment for anaesthetic procedures and small hospital equipment with properties in packages and quantities detailed in Annex 1A to the specification, which is also a price form.2 Detailed technical requirements (specification of parameters required) for small disposable medical equipment for anaesthetic procedures are specified in Annex 1C to the ToR3. The subject matter of the contract is defined in the Common Procurement Dictionary under code and concept: CPV code 33.17.10.00.00-9 Anaesthetic and resuscitation equipment, 33.14.00.00-3 medical materials4. The subject of the contract is divided into 44 packages. The Contracting Authority allows tenders for items within package 15, package 31, package 32, package 37 and package 38.
