Ireland - An Post SME Lending Partner - Request for Information (RFI)

Description

This RFI is being issued by An Post to gather information about the supply of an end to end SME lending provider for the provision of An Post business loans in Ireland. The information gathered will enable us to analyse the market and understand the nature, structure, capacity and capability of the market to fulfil our requirements. Please note that this is a preliminary market sounding exercise and is not a competition or invitation to tender. Please see attached documents for further information. Suppliers who are interested in participating in this RFI should complete the questionnaire document attached to this notice and submit replies by 4pm on 14th February 2019. Clarification questions should be sent via eTenders. Deadline for receipt of clarifications is 4pm on 24th January 2019. The Utilities Directive for Public Procurement 2014/25/EU does not apply to this RFI. This is a voluntary notice and there will be no implied contract as a result of this notice.
