Description

The purpose of these terms and conditions is to establish the rules and procedures that will govern the procurement by the Directorate General of Maritime Territory and Merchant Marine, hereinafter DIRECTEMAR, for the acquisition of Amazon Web Services service credits and technical guarantee to be used by the Department of Maritime Technologies, under this Directorate General, in accordance with the specifications set forth in the technical bases and annexes attached hereto.
In the event that a specific brand is mentioned in these bidding conditions, its technical bases and attached documents, it will be only for reference purposes, admitting the offer of equivalent items, which must comply with the technical requirements established in the bidding conditions.
