Altheim, ammunition depot, refurbishment of guard building, engineering services in accordance with Part 4 Section 2 HOAI - HLS,
Planning services:
- Sanitary: Renewal of all pipes. Repair or conversion of existing sanitary areas. Sanitary items in the kitchenette remain unaffected, only renewal of the cold water connection.
- Heating: The building will be disconnected from the property supply and will be supplied by an air-to-water heat pump in future. Installation of the heat pump in the immediate vicinity of the plant room in the basement. Cooling and heating via special heat pump radiators.
- Ventilation: Ensuring air quality in the guard room, recreation room and rest room in accordance with DIN EN 16798-1 by means of central ventilation. Exhaust air volume flows are ensured for washrooms, shower rooms, toilets and changing rooms in accordance with ASR. Cooling of certain rooms via special heating/cooling radiators.
