Description

The subject of the order is the delivery of brand new, manufactured in the year of delivery, technical materials for aircraft in the assortment and quantities specified in the "Price Form" which constitutes Annex 3 to the ToR.2 In the case of products for parts of order 1÷9 which do not have any limitations in the calendar period, delivery of brand new products manufactured in previous years is allowed.3 The products should be manufactured in accordance with the manufacturer's technical documentation.4For delivered products, the Contractor shall provide a guarantee according to the following rules: - for parts of the order 1÷9, the Contractor shall provide a guarantee according to the rules specified in the technical documentation, but not less than 200 hours of operation/24 months from the date of product receipt.- for parts of the order 10÷17, the Contractor shall provide a guarantee according to the rules specified in the technical documentation, but not less than 200 hours of operation/24 months from the date of product receipt.Total service life not less than 7 years.- for parts of order 18÷20, the Contractor shall provide a guarantee according to the rules specified in the technical documentation, but not less than 300 hours of operation/36 months from the date of product receipt.- for parts of order 18÷20, the Contractor shall provide: Not less than 15 months of minimum service life of the batteries on the aircraft;Not less than 3 years of minimum storage life of the batteries in storage facilities;No limitation of operation on aircraft under vertical and horizontal overloads;Minimum number of spare cells (batteries) in the amount of 2 pieces - For each single battery. The cells in question should be identical with the offered battery.5. For parts of order 1÷9 and 18÷20, the product should be preserved for the period and according to the rules specified in the defence standard NO-16-A800:2007. Other methods of protection than in the defence standard NO-16-A800:2007 may be used, provided that they provide equivalent or better protection.6At the same time, in accordance with the Act of 17 November 2006 on the system of conformity assessment of products intended for the needs of state defense and security (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 114) and the regulation of the Minister of National Defense of 11 January 2013 on the detailed list of products subject to conformity assessment and the method and procedure for conducting conformity assessment of products intended for the needs of state defense (Journal of Laws of 2018, The subject matter of the contract shall be subject to evaluation under mode I of the conformity assessment.7 The subject matter of the contract shall be subject to qualitative acceptance by the District Military Representation to the extent and according to the rules described in § 9 of the "model contract" constituting Appendix No. 6 to the ToR.8The awarding of the contract shall not involve making available to the Economic Operator the classified information referred to in the Act of 05 August 2010 on the protection of classified information (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 742).9 CPV Code - 34731000-0, 34731800-8, 31431000-6.
