Description
This tender concerns the establishment of a Dynamic Acquisition System (DAS) for further contracts on behalf of the Watercourse Mowing segment in areas managed by the Forestry Commission. It is possible that in the future areas of some recreation boards to be mowed will be added. Further contracts have the character of a result commitment. By setting up this DPS, the contracting authority aims to:● attract specific expertise in a flexible manner:● be able to award Additional Contracts easily and at short notice● relieve the contracting authority of any worries● facilitate access for (new) companies● ensure the transparency of the bidding process for Additional Contracts and thus encourage the market to compete
Mowing Watercourses means all (non-exhaustive) mowing, flailing, hedging and the like of watercourses. This applies to watercourses, such as (inspection) ditches, internal watercourses, waterways, ditches, brooks, ponds and springs.The hiring of drivers for the execution of activities for Mowing Watercourses as well as the hiring of machines for Mowing Watercourses with own employees also fall under the scope of this DPS. Processing and/or transportation/disposal of the grass clippings in the mowed area are also within the scope of this DAS. Per Further Order, this will be indicated.
