Description
View Changes Amendment 0001: This amendment is administrative correction to the response time to match the date and time listed on the solicitation document. No additional attachments are being included in this amendment. Original Solicitation: This is the official solicitation and a Request for Proposal (RFP) for AFNORTH Support Service at Tyndall Air Force Base. Interested responsible vendors should carefully read all solicitation attachments and adhere to the instructions, terms and conditions within. The purpose of this contract is to provide all management and labor necessary to support Continental United States NORAD Region (CONR), First Air Force (1 AF) Air Forces Northern (AFNORTH), Air Forces Space (AFSPACE) Tyndall AFB, FL, and its associated units in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) to be posted with the formal solicitation. The solicitation will result in a firm-fixed priced contract with a one (1) year base period and four (4) twelve-month option periods. The solicitation will be for a commercial service and prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 15. This requirement is being solicited as a competitive 8(a) set-aside. The contract award will be made on the basis of subjective tradeoff procedures IAW DoD Source Selection Procedures and the evaluation criteria established in Attachment 14 titled Addendum to FAR 52.212-2 - Evaluation. All instructions for submitting proposals are provided in the solicitation and its associated Attachment 13 titled Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 - Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items. This solicitation will only be made available via the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE) the System for Award Management (SAM) via https://sam.gov. No paper copies will be issued. To be eligible for contract award offerors must be registered in SAM. Registration is accomplished via the SAM website. Any questions related to this solicitation must be submitted in writing via email to Mr. David Hackney at david.hackney.1@us.af.mil and Mr. James Vaughan at james.vaughan.6@us.af.mil no later than the date identified in Attachment 13 titled Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 - Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items. Proposals are due 1 November 2024, 2:00 p.m. CDT via the solicitation module of the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE).
