Bufdir is establishing a dynamic purchasing system with relevant suppliers for assistance with communication services. The scheme will cover the need for assistance with clearly defined communication assignments — see the attached needs description.The call-offs on the contract can vary between short, time-limited assignments, and assignments that run for a longer period.The contract can be used by Bufdir and the five regions in Bufetat.
Bufdir is establishing a dynamic purchasing system with relevant suppliers for assistance with communication services. The scheme will cover the need for assistance with clearly defined communication assignments, such as:— graphical services based on a design manual and templates,— production of publications, brochures, and presentations,— production of advertisements that are, amongst other things, suitable for digital and social channels,— production of conference and stand material,— text and content production, including proofreading,— planning and carrying out photo shoots,— production of info graphics and illustrations,— production of films and animations,— planning and production of podcasts,— planning and holding digital meetings and conferences,— media advice and media procurements, particularly connected to digital and social media.The call-offs on the contract can vary between short, time-limited assignments, and assignments that run for a longer period.The contract can be used by Bufdir and the five regions in Bufetat.
