OBTAINING DOCUMENTS
Tender documents may be obtained exclusively through the SÉAO electronic tendering system. The cost of obtaining documents is non-refundable and will be invoiced by SÉAO.
RECEIPT AND OPENING
Tenders in sealed envelopes bearing the identification provided in the tender documents will be received at the Material Resources Department of the Centre de services scolaires des Affluents at 81, rue de Normandie, Repentigny, until 10:00 a.m., local time, on November 25, 2024, to be publicly opened at the same location on the same day and at the same time. Any bid received after this time will be automatically rejected and returned to the bidder unopened.
Electronic submissions are permitted for this call for tenders. Electronic tenders must be received via the SEAO at the following address: www.seao.gouv.qc.ca, no later than the date and time indicated in the tender documents.
TENDER GUARANTEE
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security equivalent to 10% of the total amount of the bid, excluding all applicable taxes, in the form of a certified cheque, money order, bank draft or bid bond valid for a period of forty-five (45) days from the date of the bid opening and issued by a financial institution that is an insurer holding a licence issued in accordance with the Insurance Act (RLRQ, c. A-32) authorizing it to practice surety insurance, a trust company licensed under the Act respecting trust companies and savings companies (RLRQ, c. S-29.01), a financial services cooperative governed by the Act respecting financial services cooperatives (RLRQ, c. C-67.3) or a bank within the meaning of the Bank Act (S.C., 1991, c. 46), failing which the bid will be automatically rejected.
CONTRACT DURATION AND DELIVERY
Due to the current situation regarding known delays in the supply of this type of equipment, the accepted delivery period will be 12 weeks following receipt of the purchase order. The CSSDA reserves the right to cancel the contract in the event that delivery exceeds this timeframe.

CONDITIONS
Only bids from suppliers having :
□ a place of business in Quebec or, where an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by such agreement, in particular:
o Agreement on Trade and Cooperation between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO) ;
o Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA);
o Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA).
□ an attestation issued by Revenu Québec if it has an establishment in Quebec, or the duly completed "Absence of Establishment in Quebec" form, if applicable.
Bidders are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their bids.
DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF COMPLAINTS
The deadline for complaints is November 12, 2024.
The Affluents School Service Centre does not undertake to accept the lowest or any bid received.
