3. Brief description of services/goods or construction work required: The Centre de services scolaires de Laval, hereinafter referred to as the "PUBLIC ORGANIZATION", owns a vocational training center related to the construction field. The PUBLIC ORGANIZATION wishes to enter into a standing contract with one or more SUPPLIERS to supply and deliver various construction materials to these 2 buildings.

Address of buildings and time of deliveries:

- Le Chantier, 2875 boul. Industriel, Laval from 7:30 a.m. to 11:20 a.m. and from 12:20 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

-Le Charpentier Pavillon 2, 3050 boul. Laval, 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Building materials are divided into 3 lots. - Lot 1: Screws and nails - Lot 2: Miscellaneous building materials - Lot 3: Wood Contract start date: Upon contract award Contract end date: July 30, 2025

8. Receipt of bids: All bids must be received at the address of the Public Agency, for a public opening at the same location on the same day and at the same time. Any bid received after this time will be automatically rejected. Tenders may be submitted electronically, but only via the SEAO.

Deadline for receipt of bids: September 27, 2024 before 9:00 am.

Public opening of bids: immediately after the deadline for receipt of bids.

9. The Public Body does not undertake to accept any of the bids received, and does so without obligation of any kind to the bidders.
