ACQUISITION OF TWO RUNWAY BRUSHES
ROUYN-NORANDA REGIONAL AIRPORT

The City of Rouyn-Noranda is requesting bids for the acquisition of two runway sweepers for the Rouyn-Noranda Regional Airport, as described in the tender documents. Note that this call for tenders is subject to a subsidy from the Programme d'aide Québécois pour les infrastructures aéroportuaires régionales (PAQIAR), mobile equipment component, of the Ministère des Transports du Québec (MTQ).
Interested bidders will be able to obtain the tender documents as of March 27, 2019, by contacting the Electronic Tendering Service (ESTS) by contacting one of its representatives by telephone at 866 669-7326 or 514 856-6600, or by consulting the Internet site www.seao.ca by calling the notice number AER-180419. Documents can be obtained at a cost determined by the SEAO.
Regardless of the method of shipment that the bidder chooses to adopt, all bids must, in order to be validly received, be delivered in a sealed envelope marked "AER-180419 - Bid for two runway brooms" and be physically located, no later than 11:00 a.m. on April 18, 2019, in the office of the Director of Procurement of the City of Rouyn-Noranda located at the following address:

Bids received in accordance with the standards will be opened publicly by the person authorized for this purpose, along with two witnesses, in the office of the Director of Procurement of the City of Rouyn-Noranda, on April 18, 2019 at 11:10 a.m.
Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a certified cheque or bid bond representing 10% of the total cost of the bid, plus taxes.

The City of Rouyn-Noranda does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders submitted and reserves the right to cancel the call for tenders. Bidders are not entitled to any compensation for the costs incurred in obtaining tender documents and in preparing and submitting their bids.
