Description
LOT 1
CIUSSS du Nord-de-l'Île-de-Montréal wishes to replace its four video-endoscopy systems used in the operating room. As a result, CIUSSS NIM wishes to proceed with a public call for tenders for the acquisition of the following equipment:
- Hôpital Sacré-Cœur de Montréal: 1x video-endoscopy system for orthopedic procedures
- Hôpital Fleury: 2x video-endoscopy systems, including: 1x for general procedures and 1x for orthopedic procedures
- Hôpital Jean-Talon: 1x video-endoscopy system for orthopedic procedures
Equipment selection will be based on the lowest compliant bidder whose product meets the required specifications.
The proposed components must be designed to acquire and display an image from a rigid endoscope for the OR. All systems must include the following components, as described in these specifications and price list:
- Light source
- Video processor
- Camera head
- Mobile cart with drawer
- Video monitor
- Rigid endoscopes
The selected supplier undertakes to supply the latest technology. If a new technology comes onto the market between now and delivery of the equipment, the supplier undertakes to deliver and replace this new generation free of charge, provided that it meets the needs expressed in this call for tenders.
The bidder undertakes to make available, for a minimum of TEN (10) years after the end of production of the asset, an inventory of spare parts in order to maintain its proper functioning. Written notice of the end of support (parts & labor) for the asset must be sent at least ONE (1) year before the expiry date.
The bidder undertakes to provide, free of charge, the proposed equipment for a period of 2 weeks for a test bench to enable CIUSSS du Nord to evaluate the technical compliance and operation of the device. All supplies required for the proper operation of the equipment must be provided free of charge. All technical and clinical manuals must be available.
The public agency plans to hold an optional virtual information session to allow interested suppliers to ask questions and obtain clarification on the call for tenders. This session will take place on December 09, 2024 from 11:00 to 12:00 via the TEAMS platform. LOT 2
Hôpital Jean-Talon (HJT), part of CIUSSS du Nord-de-l'Île-de-Montréal, wishes to replace their video-endoscopy system and the ureteroscopes used in Urology.
To this end, HJT's operating room unit would like to acquire
1x Camera head
1x Light source
1x Video processor
6x Flexible Video Ureteroscopes
6x reprocessing cabinets
1x Mobile cart with drawer
1x 32" monitor
1x Printer
Finally, as part of the same project, a maintenance and repair service for HJT's ENDO flexible ureteroscopes is to be provided by the supplier. The duration of the contract will be 3 years, with 2 renewal options of 2 years each. Maintenance will be based on the annual cost per flexible endoscope.
In the event that the CONTRACTOR of a lot has a service contract/agreement in force, the PUBLIC AUTHORITY reserves the right to merge the additions into the same contract.
For your information, here are the statistics for urology cases requiring flexible video ureteroscopes at the TVH:
