REQUEST FOR TENDERS
ACQUISITION OF A WHEEL LOADER FOR THE CITY OF BÉCANCOUR
The Ville de Bécancour is requesting bids for the acquisition of a wheel loader with an operating weight of 30,000 lbs (± 5%).
Plans, specifications and bid forms can be obtained from the SEAO (Système électronique d'appels d'offres) by going to www.seao.gouv.qc.ca and entering bid number 12-01.06.02-020.
Only persons, companies or corporations having obtained the tender document directly from the SEAO and having an establishment in Quebec or in one of the territories covered by the Quebec-Ontario Trade and Cooperation Agreement (QOCTA) or the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) are eligible to bid.
In order to be valid, each bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee corresponding to 10% of the total amount of the bid, in the form of a certified cheque or bond, made payable to the Ville de Bécancour.
Tenders, in sealed envelopes, addressed to the undersigned and identified as "Tender - Acquisition of a wheel loader for the City of Bécancour", will be received at City Hall, 1295 avenue Nicolas-Perrot, Bécancour (Québec) G9H 1A1, until 11 a.m. on November 26, 2024, for immediate public opening.
The City assumes no responsibility for incomplete, erroneous or omitted written notices or documents transmitted via the electronic system. Consequently, all bidders must ensure that they obtain all documents related to this call for tenders before submitting their bid.
